Biography
2009-10: Indoors, finished 19th in the shot put with a toss of 12.70m at the Jay Carisella Track & Field Invitational…Claimed eighth place with a toss of 13.36m in the shot put at the Harvard Invitational…Registered a 16th-place toss of 13.08m (42’11) in the shot put at the Boston Indoor Games…Finished seventh in the shot put with a chuck of 13.16m in the Battle of Beantown…Outdoors, finished sixth in the shot put with a toss of 8.79m (28’10.25) and 11th in the discus throw with a clearance of 25.61m (84’) at the Solomon Invitational.
2008-09: Took 12th place in the shot put (43'3) at the Husky Winter Carnival...took sixth place in the shot put (45'0.5) at the Harvard Open...took seventh place in the shot put (42'2.75) at the Battle of Beantown.
High School: Captained his high school track team three out of the four years he was on it...earned All-Conference his junior and senior years in both track and football...2007 recipient of Tony Marino Award in football for best lineman...achieved Student-Athlete Award for highest GPA on the team...Northeast Conference track champions 2004-08...2007 Baystate Games scholastic shot put champion...2007 EMass Div. 2A Super Bowl champions.
