• CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll (Fall 2022, Spring 2023)
• Opened her college career by finishing second in the 50 Fly (26.31) at Vermont (9/24)
• Helped champion the 200 Free Relay over UConn and Rhode Island with a time of 1:35.22 (10/8)
• Finished first in the B final of the 200 Medley Relay (1:44.58) at the Terrier Invitational (11/19)
• Helped break the meet record in the 200 Free Relay with a 1:35.46 time at the Tate Ramsden Invitational (1/20)
• Was part of the champion relay team in the 200 Medley Relay at the Tate Ramsden Invitational with a time of 1:45.89 (1/21) 

Before Northeastern: Swam the 50 and 100 freestyle at Lake Highland Prep her freshman year where she won a varsity letter… Transferred to Winter Park High School her sophomore year becoming a three-time letter winner… Participated on Saint Cloud Aquatics, YCF Swimming, Highlander Aquatic Club, Blue Dolfins, and Lakers Swim teams… Won the Metro Championships in 2019 and 2021 with Winter Park High School… Won the Senior Championships in 2021 alongside Blue Dolfins Club swim team… Received All-American in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays in 2019 and 2020… Received All-American in the 50 freestyle in 2020 and 2021… Received Academic All-American in 2021… Participated at U.S. Open National Championships in December of 2021 after her senior year of high school… Holds the school record at Winter Park Kigh in 50 freestyle with a time of 23.38 seconds… Also holds record in the 200 freestyle relay and 200 medley relay

Personal: Originally born in Naperville, IL… Daughter of parents Cindy and Kent Semmen… Sister of siblings Kendra, Chloe, John, Kara, and Jared… Her mother competed on the Burbank High School varsity swim team in California… Sisters Chloe and Kara competed on Harmony High School’s varsity swim team and the SCAT club swim team in Saint Cloud, FL… Younger brother currently swims on the Lakers swim team in Windemere, FL… Was a part of Math Honors Society in her senior year… Her top athlete performance is when she received a U.S. Open Standard in the 50-meter freestyle in 2021 with a time of 26.15 seconds… Her intended major is Health Sciences with an emphasis in biochemistry and virology
