  • Swam a 1:05.32 in the 100 Breast at the Tate Ramsden Invitational (1/19-1/20)
  • Recorded personal bests in the 50 Free (24.56), 50 Back (28.59) and 100 Back (59.36) at the Boston Winter Open (2/9-2/10)
  • Earned silver in the 400 Medley Relay (3:39.94), also finishing ninth in the 100 Breast (1:03.36), 21st in the 200 Breast (2:21.83) and setting a personal best in the 200 IM (2:06.11) at the CAA Championships (2/28-3/2)

2022-23:
  • CAA Commissioner's Honor Roll (Spring 2023)
  • Kicked off her collegiate career with a second-place finish in the 50-yard breaststroke, posting a time of 31.80 (9/24)
  • Helped the Huskies medley relay finish second in the 200 against Rutgers, touching the wall at 1:45.22 (11/5)
  • Took the third spot in the 100 breast (1:08.65) at the Tate Ramsden Invitational, pushing the Huskies to a sweep (1/21)
  • Her best 100 breast time of the season and career came at the Boston Winter Open, swimming a time of 1:04.28 (2/4)

Before Northeastern: Four-time letter winner and captain one year with the Monticello High School swim team… Played lacrosse one season at Monticello High… Competed for Cavalier Aquatics from 2019-2022 where she won the 2022 YMCA Short Course Team National Championships… In the YMCA Short Course Team National Championships, she placed first in the 200 Medley Relay and was a runner-up in the 400 Medley Relay… Competed in the Jefferson Summer Swim League with Fairview Club from 2018-2022… Won the 2021 VHSL Swim & Dive Team State Championships… Claimed First-Team All-State, All-Region, and All-Central Virginia from 2018-22… Earned USA Swimming Academic All-American in 2021-2022… Was the runner-up in the 100-meter breaststroke VHSL Class 3 State Championships in 2019, 2021, and 2022… Holds the YMCA National record for the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:40.62 (28.72 Breaststroke split)... Holds two VHSL Class 3 State Records that she claimed in 2021 for the 200 Medley Relay with a time of 1:44.38 (29.37 Breaststroke split) and the 200 Freestyle Relay with a time of 1:36.21 (24.44 split)

Personal: Originally born in West Bend, WI… Has also lived in Kapolei, HI, Key West, FL, and Charlottesville, VA… Daughter of parents Jacob and Lisa Bendall… Sister of Allisan and Mason… Her mother swam for University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 1982-1986… Her uncle Michael Bendall played basketball for the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee from 2004-2007… Graduated Summa Cum Laude with an advanced diploma from Monticello High School, Was a National Merit Finalist… Acted as Vice President of the Math and Latin Honors Socieities… Directed the student-run Shakespere play… Was the supporting role in the 2020 VHSL Regional Champion One-Act Play “Lost Cause”... Her best athletic performance was setting the 200 Medley Relay YMCA National Record in the breaststroke leg with Cavalier Acquatics in 2022… Her intended major is Pharmaceutical Sciences
