Eric Anastasi joined the staff at Northeastern as an Equipment Manager in October 2015. In his current role, Anastasi oversees all equipment operations for women’s ice hockey, women's rowing and men's rowing. Additionally, he previously oversaw all equipment operations for baseball, women’s soccer and men’s soccer.
Anastasi is responsible for the maintenance and transportation of team equipment, locker room preparation, and the ordering of new equipment.
Anastasi previously worked as a Facility Manager with the Greenville Drive, the Class A affiliate of the Boston Red Sox, in 2012. After a year, Anastasi was promoted to Director of Operations (2013-15), and oversaw the upkeep and maintenance of the award-winning Fluor Field at the West End in Greenville, South Carolina. Anastasi was responsible for overseeing a game-day staff of over 100 employees.
Anastasi earned a Bachelor of Arts in Management with a concentration in Sports from Curry College in 2012, before obtaining a Master's Degree in Sports Leadership from Northeastern in 2018.
He now resides in Boston, Massachusetts with his dog, Anna.
