Sean Andrake enters his third season with the Northeastern women's hockey team ahead of the 2025-26 campaign. He was announced as the Hockey Operations Coordinator in September of 2023.
“We are excited to bring someone on staff with Sean’s experience,” said Flint. “He will be a welcomed addition to our program and will be able to elevate our players’ experience both in-game and developmentally.”
Andrake comes to Huntington Avenue after spending the past two seasons as an assistant video coordinator with the Boston Bruins. Andrake was on staff with the Bruins for their Presidents’ Trophy Cup run in 2022-23 and assisted in all facets of the team’s video operations from controlling the Hawkeye Replay System to building and distributing individual skills video for staff.
Prior to his time with the Bruins, Andrake served in video roles with the Providence Bruins, Dallas Stars, Texas Stars, Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Penguins, New Jersey Devils, Albany Devils, Worcester Sharks, Hockey East and USA Women’s Hockey.
"I'm excited to be joining the Northeastern women's hockey staff,” remarked Andrake. “They have been one of the top teams not only in Hockey East, but nationally and I look forward to working with the coaches, staff and student-athletes to bring an NCAA title to Northeastern University."
A University of New Hampshire graduate, Andrake will assist the Husky staff with video breakdown, recruiting, fundraising and all scheduling for the team.
