Before NU: Rowed for four years at Cascadilla Boat Club in hometown of Ithaca, N.Y. … Earned the scholar athlete award for rowing from 2013-2015 … Finished second overall in both the New York State junior 8 and senior B championships in 2013 and 2014, respectively … Also played four years of ice hockey at Ithaca High School, taking home a state championship in 2012 … Was also a member of National Honor Society and Concert Choir.
