• As the coxswain for the second varsity eight crew, finished first in the D Final at the NCAA Championships with a final time of 6:59.9 (5/30)
• Coxed the second varsity eight to a first place finish against BU and UMass with a time of 7:00.9 (4/18)
• Defeated URI as the coxswain with a final time of 7:36.5 (4/24)
• As the coxswain for the first-place second varsity eight boat, secured the CAA title with a time of 6:53.4 at the CAA Championships (5/16)

2019-20: 

• Did not compete in the spring 2020 due to COVID-19
• Posted the fastest time (13:35.8) in the second varsity eight boat at the Foot of the Charles (11/16)

2018-19:

• The coxswain for second varsity, led the team to a third place finish (6:48.121) behind Radcliffe and Rutgers at the Eastern Sprints (5/5)
• Coxed the first varsity to second place with a time of 6:46.557 at the CAA Championships (5/19)
• Was the coxswain for the first varsity as they placed second in the D final with a time of 6:33.349, finishing 20th in the nation at the NCAA Championships (5/31-6/2).

2017-18:

• Coxed the second varsity to a fifth-place finish in the C Final with a time of 6:46.3 at the NCAA Championships (5/26)
• Helped lead team to CAA Championship with a first-place finish in the second varsity eight with a time of 7:13.2
• Raced the 10th-fastest time in the varsity eight at the Foot of the Charles (11/10)

Before NU: Competed as coxswain for eight seasons at both Dallas United Crew and with Highland Park High School ...  Won the Men's 4+ at the Central Regional Championship (2015) ... Championship Title from the Texas State Championships for Men's 8+ and Men's 4+ ... Won the Men's 8+ at the Central Regional Championship (2016, '17) ... Earned the Eight in the Eight Award for dedication to Dallas United Crew (2017) ... Cornerstone Scholar-Athlete (2016, '17) ... National Honor Society, Honor Roll. 

Personal: Sara Katherine Corey was born in Dallas, TX ... Parents are David Corey and Bethany Jankowski ... Father David Corey competed as coxswain for Harvard Heavyweight (1981-'85) Has one sister, Kate Corey who also is a coxswain for Northeastern University (2020-'24) ... Grandfather EJ Corey received Nobel Laureate in Chemistry (1990) ... Chose Northeastern for co-op program, study abroad experiences and the opportunity to live in Boston and row on the Charles River ... Graduated Northeastern with a political science and international affairs major with a minor in arabic.
