  • Notched an assist in the CAA Semifinal match against UNCW on Apr.15

  • Assisted Chelsea Domond's goal at Yale on Sept. 19

2018
  • Ranked second on the Huskies in both goals scored (four) and points (nine).
  • Scored her first career goal at Delaware, cleaning up the mix following Grace Moore's 40-yard free kick (Sept. 20).
  • Netted the Huskies' golden goal during the 98th minute against UNCW, completing Northeastern's counter for her second goal during as many matches (Sept. 23).
  • Extended her scoring streak to three consecutive matches, accounting for the Huskies' final goal during their 3-0 win at Towson (Sept. 27).
  • Knocked the equalizing goal through during the first half at College of Charleston while placing all three of her attempts on target (Oct. 14).
2017
  • Steered one of her two attempts on target during her collegiate debut at Maine (Aug. 27).
  • Collected her first career point against College of Charleston, assisting on Nicole Gorman's 84th-minute strike that sealed the Huskies' 3-0 win (Sept. 24).
Before NU: Earned four varsity letters as a striker for Hopewell Valley High School and head coach John McGinley...graduated as the all-time leading scorer at Hopewell with 88 goals and 223 career points...led the team to four straight league championships as well as the Mercer County tournament title and sectional state championship in 2016...named an NSCAA High School All-American following her senior season, and earned Colonial Valley Conference and Area Player of the Year distinctions...also starred for the FC Copa Academy...member of the National Honor Society (2015-17) and earned the Principal's High Academic Honor Award (2015-17). 

Personal: Katarina Isabella Nilsson...daughter of Lars and Moira Nilsson...has one brother..majoring in Bioengineering with the hopes of becoming an engineer or doctor.
