OUTDOOR

• Broke the outdoor school record in the 5,000 meters with a career-best time of 16:30.41 at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-3/26)
• Finished seventh in the 1,500 meters with the third-best outdoor time in school history (4:30.44, PB) at the UConn Northeast Challenge (4/15-4/16)
• Finished fifth in the 5,000 meters (16:48.44) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)
• Finished fourth in the 5,000 meters (16:51.61) at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (5/14-5/15)

INDOOR

• Ran a personal-best time in the 5,000 meters (16:53.42) and the fifth-best indoor time in school history at the BU Indoor Opener (12/4)
• Placed third in the mile with a time of 4:59.65 at the URI Invitational (1/15)
• Won the DMR with the fourth-best time in NU history (11:48.09) at the Battle in Beantown (1/22)
• Ran the second-best indoor time in program history in the 3,000 meters (9:35.68) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/28)
• Broke the school record in the 3,000 meters with a time of 9:29.40 at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/11)
• Finished 12th in the mile with the fifth-best indoor time in NU history (4:52.19, PB) at the BU Last Chance Meet (2/27)
• Broke the indoor school record in the 3,000 meters (9:28.12, PB) for the second time this season and finished fifth in the event at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/4-3/6)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Placed fifth with the ninth-best 5k time (18:17.70) in school history at the Shawn M. Nassaney Race (9/11)
• Competed at the Pre-National Invitational, running a time of 22:39.50 in the 6k race (10/15)
• Placed ninth with a personal-best time of 22:13.90 in the 6k and earned All-CAA honors at the CAA Championships (10/30)
• Ran a 6k time of 22:52.10 at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/12)

2020-21:
OUTDOOR

• Placed second with a personal-best time of 4:38.96 in the 1500 meter at the UMass Tri Meet (4/3)
• Recorded the sixth-best outdoor time in Northeastern history in the 5,000 meters (17:01.21) at the Ocean State Invitational (4/9)
• Ran a time of 17:46.15 in the 5,000 meters at the CAA Championships (4/30-5/1)
• Placed third in the 5,000 meters with a time of 17:19.10 at the IC4A/ECAC Championships (5/14-16)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Finished in 16th place with a time 6k time of 20:43.70 at the CAA Championships (3/5)

• Placed third with a personal-best time in the 3,000 meters (10:05.94) at the Army Dual Meet (1/30)
