CROSS COUNTRY

• Finished 11th at the Lehigh Paul Short Run (10/5), finishing the 6k in 20:18.8 for a personal best
• Took ninth at the CAA Cross Country Championships (11/1) with a time of 21:20.3, earning All-CAA honors and winning the women’s team championship.
• Finished in the top 35 at the NCAA Division I Northeast Region Cross Country Championships, running the 6k in 20:49.2

• Won the 800m at the Battle in Beantown (1/18) with a time of 2:09.78
• Ran the 800m at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/25-2/26) in 2:20.16 for seventh 

• Finished second in the ECAC/IC4A Cross Country Championship (10/13), running a 20:47.7 in the 6k
• Top 25 finish in the CAA Cross Country Championships (10/27) with a time of 22:01.9

• Set a personal best of 9:35.77 in the 3000m at the Sharon Colyear-Danville Season Opener (12/3)
• Ran a 2:43.70 in the 1000m at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/26-1/27) for a personal best
• Set a personal best in the mile at the Scarlet and White Invitational (2/3) running a 4:38.87
• Earned gold in the mile (4:41.68) and bronze in the 800m (2:08.49) at the CAA Indoor Championships (2/26-2/27)

• Finished third in the mile at the Friar Invitational (4/12) with a time of 4:46.83
• Set a personal best in the 1500m (4:15.37) at the Penn Relays (4/25-4/27)
• Finished second and set a personal best in the 800m at the Jay Carisella Invitational (4/27) with a time of 2:07.09 - 2nd Place and PB – 800m – 2:07.09 
• Earned silver medals in the 1500m (4:26.72) and 800m (2:08.53) at the CAA Outdoor Championships (5/10-5/11)

2022-23:
CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a 10:32 to champion the Suffolk Short Course Classic to open the year (9/2)
• Posted a personal-best 17:55 5K time at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/23)
• Recorded a personal-best 21:16.0 6K time at the Penn State National Open (10/14)
• Finished 13th at the CAA Championships, running a 22:02.0 (10/28)

INDOOR

• Ran a personal-best by 15 seconds in the 3000m and placing first with a time of 10:02.80 at the Riverhawk Invitational (1/27)
• Ran the 800m at a time of 2:13.76 at the Terrier Classic (1/28)
• Won gold in the distance medley relay with a time of 11:38.58 at the CAA Championships (2/22)

• Took first in the 1500m with a time of 4:31.38 at the UConn Dog Fight (4/1)
• Ran a personal-best time of 4:29.16 and finished first in the 1500m at the Duke Invitational (4/8)
• Earned a fifth-place finish clocking a time of 4:39.24 in the 1500m at the CAA Championships (5/6)

2021-22:
OUTDOOR

• Ran the eighth-best outdoor time in the 1,500 meters (4:35.23, PB) at the Raleigh Relays (3/24-3/26)
• Finished seventh in the 800 meters (2:16.77) at the Friar Invite (4/8)
• Finished fourth as a part of the 4x400m relay team (4:07.32) at the Ocean State Invite (4/9)
• Recorded the seventh-best outdoor time in school history (4:32.10, PB) at the Virginia Challenge (4/22-4/23)
• Placed third in the 1,500 meters with the third-best outdoor time in school history (4:30.43, PB) at the UMass Outdoor Invite (4/30)
• Placed third in the 1,500 meters (4:36.90) at the CAA Championships (5/6-5/7)

INDOOR

• Finished with a time of 10:17.75 in the 3,000 meters at the BU Indoor Opener (12/4)
• Placed second in the 4x800m relay (9:17.14) at the URI Invitational (1/15)
• Finished sixth in the mile with the sixth-best indoor time in program history (4:53.89, PB) at the Battle in Beantown (1/22)
• Recorded the sixth-best time in school history in the 1,000 meters (2:51.55, PB) and placed second with the third-best finish in the women's DMR in school history (11:44.16) at the John Thomas Terrier Classic (1/28-30)
• Broke the school record as a part of the women's DMR team that placed second with a time of 11:28.28 and finished the 800 meter with the fifth-best indoor time in NU history (2:11.69, PB) at the David Hemery Valentine Invite (2/11-12)
• Finished 15th in the mile (4:56.23) at the BU Last Chance Meet (2/27)
• Placed second in the mile with the second-best indoor time in school history (4:46.95, PB) and was a part of the 4x800m relay team that ran the eighth-best indoor time in NU history (9:11.03) at the ECAC/IC4A Championships (3/4-3/6)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a personal-best time of 18:35.10 in the 5k at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/24)
• Finished 15th with a time of 22:36.10 in the 6k at the CAA Championships (10/30)
• Recorded a career-best performance in the 6k race (22:12.90) at the NCAA Northeast Regional Championships (11/12)

2020-21:
OUTDOOR

• Place eighth in the 800 meters with a personal-best time of 2:19.56 at the Ocean State Invitational (4/9)
• Ran a personal-best time of 4:49.50 in the 1500 meter to finish sixth at the George Davis Invitational (4/17)
• Finished seventh in the 800 meter (2:20.00) at the UConn Northeast Invite (4/23-24)

CROSS COUNTRY

• Ran a 6k time of 20:58.90 to finish 21st overall at the CAA Championships (3/5)

• Finished 10th with a personal-best time in the 3000 meters (10:36.94) at the URI Tri Meet (2/25)
