CAREER HIGHLIGHTS

• Ranks eighth all-time at Northeastern in the indoor 500-meter dash (1:16.56) and fourth all-time in the outdoor 400-meter hurdles (1:01.19).
• 2014 CAA Outdoor Silver Medalist: 400-meter hurdles
• 2013 CAA Outdoor Gold Medalist: 4x400-meter relay

2013-14

OUTDOOR
• Ran a season-best mark of 1:02.15 in the 400-meter hurdles at the New England Championship (May 8).
• Earned silver in the 400-meter hurdles at the CAA Championship with a time of 1:02.17. Also competed in the 4x100 and 4x400 relays, helping NU's squad earn fourth place in both races (May 2-3).
• Finished first in the 400-meter hurdles at the Minuteman Invitational with a time of 1:02.75 (April 12).
• Claimed first place in the 400-meter hurdles at New Hampshire with a time of 1:05.59. Also ran a personal-best in the 100-meter dash, timing in at 12.96 (April 5).
• Qualified for the New England Championship in both the 400-meter (58.92) and the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.15) at the Raleigh Relays (March 28).

INDOOR
• Competed in the 500-meter dash at the New England Championship, finishing with a personal-best time of 1:16.49 (Feb. 28).
• Claimed first place in the 500-meter dash at the Scarlet & White Invitational with a time of 1:17.23. Also ran a time of 26.35 in the 200-meter dash (Feb. 15).
• Placed 10th overall in the 500-meter dash at the Valentine Invitational with a New England qualifying time of 1:16.57 (Feb. 7).
• Competed in the 400-meter dash (1:00.26) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 24).
• Earned a second-place finish in the 500-meter dash at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 14).
• Placed fourth overall in the 400-meter dash (59.11) at the BU Opener (Dec. 7).
 

2012-13

OUTDOOR
• Finished eighth in the 400-meter hurdles (1:03.45) at the New England Championship (May 9-11).
• Finished third in the 400-meter hurdles with a personal best time of 1:01.19 to qualify for the ECAC Championship at the CAA Championship (May 3-4). Also ran as part of the 4x400-meter relay team that placed fourth (3:51.66).
• Placed first in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.54) at the UMass Pre-Conference Meet (Apr. 27). Also ran as part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished second (3:53.86).
• Took first in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.61) at the Minuteman Invitational (Apr. 13).
• Finished seventh in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.51) at the Colonial Relays (Apr. 5).
• Qualified for the New England Championship in the 400-meter hurdles (1:02.48) at the Victor Lopez Classic (Mar. 23).

INDOOR
• Recorded a personal best in the 400-meter dash (57.12 seconds), finishing fourth at the New England Championship (Feb. 22-23).
• Finished fourth in the 500-meter dash (1:17.78) at the Giegengack Invitational (Feb. 2).
• Qualified for the New England Championships with a first place finish in the 400-meter dash (59.07 seconds) at the Joe Donahue Games (Jan. 25).
• Finished sixth in the 500-meter dash (1:17.88) at the Harvard Challenge (Jan. 19).
• Ran as part of the 4x400-meter relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 12), which finished second (4:02.67).
• Ran a personal best in the 600-meter run (1:41.87), finishing third at the Harvard Open (Dec. 8).
• Finished third in the 500-meter dash (1:18.03) at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 1).
 

2011-12

OUTDOOR
• Came in at third in the 400-meter hurdles at the George Davis Invitational with a mark of 1:04.11.
• Placed fifth at the Solomon Invitational in the 400-meter dash. 

INDOOR
• Placed sixth in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:21.45 at the Jay Carisella Invite.
• Finished fourth in the 800-meter run at the Tiger Open with a time of 2:31.05.
• Finished third in the 500-meter dash with a time of 1:18.32 at the Joe Donahue Games.
• Placed fifth in the 500-meter dash at the Battle of Beantown with a time of 1:18.50.
• Placed sixth in the 500-meter dash at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 1:16.56.
 

2010-11

OUTDOOR
• Ran third in the 400-meter hurdles at the Seahawk Invitational with a time of 1:04.91.
• Took eighth place in the 800 meters at the Husky Spring Open with a time of 2:30.24.
• Ran the 400-meter hurdles in 1:05.16 in an eighth-place finish at the FSU Relays.
• Won the 400-meter hurdles in 1:04.41 at the Solomon Invitational
• Crossed the line in 59.07 to take fourth in the 400 meter dash at the Stonehill Invitational
• Recorded NU’s best time of the season in the 400-meter hurdles with a time of 1:02.80 for fourth place at the 2011 New England Outdoor Championship.

INDOOR
• Earned third place in the 500-meter dash at the Jay Carisella Invitational, with a time of 1:20.06.
• Ran fifth in the 500 meters at the Harvard Open, finishing in 1:21.15.
• Ran the 400 meters in 1:00.95 to take seventh place at the Yale Invitational; also ran the third leg of the Huskies’ ‘A’ 4x400m relay, helping the team to a second-place finish.
• Ran seventh in the 400-meter dash at the Battle of Beantown with a time of 59.52.
 

BEFORE NORTHEASTERN

• Four-year member of indoor and outdoor track & field team.
• Captained indoor and outdoor team senior year.
• Played four years of varsity soccer, serving as captain senior year.
• Named a Fitchburg Sentinel and Enterprise All-Star in all three sports, including all four years for indoor track and three years for outdoor track.
• A Midland Wachusett All-Star four times for indoor, three for outdoor.
• Four-time District E All-Star.
• Holds nine school records at Lunenburg High School, the most ever for women’s track.
• Outdoor team won Midland Wachusett League all four years and won district titles three times.
• With indoor team, was a three-time champion of both league and district.
