OUTDOOR• Competed in the hammer throw (33.93) and javelin (32.48) at the Brown Springtime Open (April 27).
• Threw the javelin a distance of 32.52 meters at the Mark Young Yale Invitational (April 19).
• Set new personal-bests in both the hammer throw (41.09) and javelin (35.60) at the Minuteman Invitational (April 12).
• Placed fourth in the javelin at New Hampshire after a 30.40-meter toss. Also placed eighth in the hammer throw with a mark of 36.39 (April 5).
INDOOR• Competed in the weight throw at the Scarlet & White Invitational, throwing 10.97 meters (Feb. 15).
• Threw 8.57 meters in the weight throw at the Valentine Invitational (Feb. 7).
• Tossed a season-high 12.52-meters in the weight throw at the Jay Carisella Invitational (Dec. 14).
• Made her collegiate debut at the BU Opener, finishing eighth in the weight throw with a 12.40-meter toss (Dec. 7).
• Was a member of the track & field team for four seasons at West Warwick High School under coach Jeff Parenteau
• Holds the school record in the javelin
• Was a two-time All-State and three-time All-Division selection while in high school
• Captured the freshman state championship in the javelin in 2010
• Was named Academic All-State in 2012
• Also played soccer and basketball while in high school.
