Senior keeper Annie Petrofsky made 14 saves in the game to keep the Tribe off the scoreboard. With less than a minute left in regulation Emily Kittleson fired a shot at Petrofsky but she was able to come up with the save sending the game to overtime.

In the 103rd minute sophomore forward Liza Rebello fired a shot at Tribe goalie Meghan Walker from ten yards out. The shot bounced off the post. It was the last scoring opportunity for either team.

The Tribe out shot the Huskies 28 to 7 in the game.

The Huskies hit the road next weekend with games at UNC Wilmington and Georgia State. NU takes on the Seahawks Friday at 7 p.m.
