BOSTON – Northeastern swimming and diving opened up its season with a 208-124 win against Wagner on Saturday. The Huskies finished the two-day competition with 19 first place finishes.

Carly Schnabel lead the Red and Black, earning 21 points. The junior took two first place finishes, 200 freestyle and 1000 freestyle, and was a member of the 200 and 400 freestyle relays teams that both took first place.

All 10 freshman made their collegiate debut this weekend, while
Julia Klier made her Northeastern debut. Three newcomers recorded first-place finishes.
Klara Juliusson earned nine points, with first place finished in the 100 breaststroke and the 200 breaststroke.

Sophomore
Megan Clark earned 18 points, with two first place finishes, as well as being a member of the 100 medley, 200 freestyle and 400 freestyle relay teams that all took first place.

On the diving side, Northeastern finished first and second in both the one-meter and the three-meter. Senior
Alyssa Seales took a first place finish in both events, with  263.40 in the one-meter and 265.80 in the three-meter.

Mackenzie Hagist took second in the one-meter with 237.89 and freshman
Sabrina Chan took second in the three-meter with 247.05.
