Providence, R.I. – The Northeastern men's cross-country team placed second at the Rothenberg Invitational at Brown University on Friday afternoon.
 
Tucker McNinch placed second overall with an 8k time of 26:05.2, only behind an unaffiliated runner, Justin Carbone. Mike Duggan (26:07.1) and Steve Flanagan (26:09.8) finished back to back in eighth and ninth place, respectively.
 
The women did not compete at Brown.
