WORCESTER, Mass.— Codie Cross put together a five-point performance to lead the No. 3 Northeastern women's hockey team to a 7-0 victory and series sweep of the Holy Cross Crusaders on Wednesday night at the Hart Center.
A total of 11 Huskies recorded a point in the victory, with
Katy Knoll,
Alina Mueller,
Chloe Aurard and
Matti Hartman each contributing two points. Cross picked up her 50th career point during her five-point outing off one goal and four assists.
Northeastern (14-2-0, 11-2-0 HEAW) scored three goals in the first period and two in the second and third period and held Holy Cross (3-12-3, 3-9-0 HEAW) to just 18 shots on the evening.

Aerin Frankel recorded 15 saves and freshman goaltender
Alexa Matses made her first appearance as a member of the Huskies, notching three saves in just over seven minutes of action.
