BROOKLINE, Mass. –
Kerri Zerfoss's golden goal from
Chelsea Domond with 90 seconds remaining in double overtime capped the Northeastern women's soccer team's come-from-behind victory on Sunday as the Huskies walked off as 2-1 winners at Parsons Field.

Amanda Ahles executed the backfield tackle that won NU the ball for the final time. Domond received Ahles' upfield pass and countered to the right side of the box, deking two defenders before centering to Zerfoss for the match-winner – her second goal of the season.

Northeastern (3-4-0) dominated possession during the first half, sporting the 10-2 advantage in total attempts and 4-2 mark in corners. The Huskies paired three quick corners near the 10-minute mark with three attempts on target, despite not having a goal to show for their efforts at halftime.

San Francisco (5-3-0) broke the scoreless tie during the 58th minute when
Olivia Ware's clearance was intercepted by Mariah Diaz, who provided the cross to Samantha Jehnings's header.

Northeastern equalized during the 71st minute at the expense of the Dons' goalkeeper, Olivia Camera, who punched
Mikenna McManus's cross from the right flag into the Huskies' net.

Megan Adams equaled her season high with five saves, all of which were recorded during the second half.
