Alexis Legowski registered three shots but Northeastern women's soccer (3-6-1, 0-2-0 CAA)Â was unable to mount a comeback in a 2-0 loss to UNC Wilmington (6-1-1, 2-0-0 CAA) on Sunday afternoon at Parsons Field.
- Legowski had multiple powerful attempts, but wasn't able to find the back of the net. She registered one shot on target.
- The Huskies outshot UNCW 14-8, but were only able to muster four on net compared to the Seahawks' seven.
- Junior Faith Rosenblatt was the only Husky defender to record a full 90 minutes this evening, while graduate students Mikenna McManus and Julianne Ross made multiple important clearances at the back line.
- Sophomore midfielder Eleanor Fisher, graduate student forward Kayla McCauley and freshman forward Megan Putvinski all registered one shot on target.
