Emily Calabrese poured in 14 for Northeastern women's basketball (6-3, 0-0 CAA), but it wasn't enough as the Huskies fell 69-58 at Quinnipiac (5-3, 0-0 MAAC)Â on Tuesday night.
- The Huskies kept it close throughout the entire game as the score was tied at 46 with just a quarter to go, but the Bobcats pulled away with a strong final ten minutes.
- Currence added five rebounds and four assists to go along with her team-high in points on the day. Calabrese also grabbed six boards, second-most for the Huskies.
- Overall, the Huskies shot 40.7% (22-54 FG) from the field while the Bobcats hit their shots at a 41.7% clip (25-60).
- The contest was a back-and-forth-affair with 14 lead changes and seven ties throughout the game.Â
- On the glass, the Huskies were outrebounded by six but sophomore guard Donna Ntambue pulled in nine, the most of any Husky.
After this short road trip in Connecticut, the Huskies will return home on Sunday, December 19 to take on Harvard in Historic Matthews Arena on
