Zach Solow has been named a top-10 finalist for the Senior CLASS Award given out by Premier Sports Management. This distinction is given to NCAA Division I seniors who have notable achievements in four areas of excellence: community, classroom, character, and competition.
Solow recently hit the 100+ career points mark and is the 53rd Husky in Northeastern men's hockey history to accomplish this milestone. The forward leads Hockey East in power play points (2-11-13) and leads his team with 24 total points. His 24 points this season are good for second in Hockey East for point scoring, 11 of those points are goals which are good for third in Hockey East in goal scoring.
The 2021 Hobey Baker Nominee and semifinalist for the 69
th annual Walter Brown Award is a three-time Beanpot champion with goals in each 2020 Beanpot game earning him MVP of the tournament. Solow is also a 2019 Hockey East Champion and made the Hockey East All-Tournament Team.
