  • Bill Coen surpassed Jim Calhoun (1972-86) with 251 wins at Northeastern
    • Coach Coen tied Jim Larrañaga's 18 CAA tournament wins at George Mason from 1998-2011 for the most in league history
    • Coen is No. 2 all-time in CAA history with 172 regular season and postseason wins, trailing Larrañaga's 183
  • The Huskies have won their last four quarterfinal matchups
  • NU improves to 7-1 over its last eight quarterfinal games

Freshman Jahmyl Telfort
  • Scored 11 of his 13 points in the second half
  • Reached double figures in 10-of-17 games this season
  • Grabbed 5 rebounds and blocked 1 shot
  • Named CAA Sixth Man of the Year
 
Sophomore Tyson Walker
  • Tallied 12 of his game-high 19 points in the second half
  • Matched his career high with 5 steals
  • Went 6-for-16 from the floor and handed out 5 assists
  • Reached double figures for the 15th straight game and 35th time in his career
  • Named CAA Defensive Player of the Year
  • Led the league with 19.3 points per game in league play
