PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – Jacob Marin-Thomson,
Ryan Massoud, and
Federico Tellez each tallied two shots and one shot on goal, to lead Northeastern (0-4-1, 0-2-1 CAA) in a 4-0 loss against Drexel (5-3-1, 1-1-1 CAA) on Saturday at Vidas Field.
The Dragons opened fire early on the Huskies with two goals coming in the first ten minutes of play. Northeastern was able to secure possession for the remainder of the first half with
Dan Munch,
Harry Sankey, and
Timothy Ennin each notching a shot on goal for Northeastern's offense. The Huskies posted six corner kicks with 13 shots, just trailing behind Drexel's nine corner kicks and 16 shots.
Colby Hegarty made four saves for the Huskies in his 90 minutes of play.
Northeastern will host Hofstra on Saturday, April 10 for their final home match of the season, kickoff is at 1 p.m.
