Alexis Legowski added a goal to lead the Huskies (1-1-0, 0-0-0) to a 4-0 victory over the Fairfield Stags (1-1-0, 0-0-0) at Parsons Field on Monday night.
- The Huskies converted four attempts from six shots on goal and 12 shots in total
- McCabe (1), Michael (1), Ross (1) and Legowski (1) each scored once
- Legowski finished in the 39th minute off a deflected pass on a corner kick from defender Faith Rosenblatt
- The assist was Rosenblatt's first career point as a Husky
- McCabe scored her first career goal in the 61st minute after blocking a clearance attempt from the Stags' goalkeeper to make it 2-0
- After being awarded a penalty kick, Ross converted into the top left corner to extend the lead to 3-0
- Ross showed off her leadership, playing all 90 minutes and anchoring the Husky defense
- Michael capped off the plethora of goals with a headed finish off a corner kick from forward Gaby Scarlett
- Goalkeeper Megan Adams contributed three saves and shut out Fairfield, earning her first win of the 2021 season
