BROOKLINE, Mass. – In a midweek non-conference matchup, Northeastern (3-4-3) fell to New Hampshire (6-1-3) by a score of 3-0 on Tuesday evening at Parsons Field.
- The Wildcats took an early lead with a shot through traffic just seven minutes in. It was their only shot on goal in the first half, as both teams tallied one shot on net apiece in the opening half.
- UNH put in two more goals in the second on a deflected clearance in the 58th minute and a counter-attack in the 73rd for the final score of 3-0.
- Northeastern was out-shot 14-2 in the contest and were held to just two corner kicks.
- The Huskies haven't allowed three goals in a game since August of 2022 against Boston College.
The Huskies remain at home for their next CAA match up this Saturday, October 7
th at 1 p.m. Northeastern faces off with Elon, streaming on FloFC.
