Jahmyl Telfort Earns NABC All-District Honors

BOSTON – Following the best season of his collegiate career, accolades continue to roll in for Northeastern's Jahmyl Telfort. The junior guard was named to the NABC All-District Second Team following a vote from NABC-member coaches across NCAA Division I.

Telfort finished fifth in the CAA in scoring at 16.4 points per game and sixth in field goal percentage (45%) after starting all 30 games for the Huskies this season, leading the team in scoring in 17 of those games.

An All-CAA Third Team selection, the Boucherville, Quebec native scored 20+ points in 11 games this season, including a career-high 31-point night earlier this year, one of 60 players in program history to score at least 31 points in a game.

On February 13, Telfort became the 41st player in Northeastern history to reach 1000 career points earlier this season, 20th to do so in three seasons or less and 15th to accomplish the feat in the Bill Coen era. Telfort ended the season 30th on Northeastern's all-time scoring list with 1095 career points.
