Alina Mueller of the Northeastern women's hockey team, has signed a one-year contract with the Boston Pride of the Premier Hockey Federation (PHF) ahead of the 2023-24 season, the team announced on Thursday.

Northeastern's all-time career points leader, Mueller finished her NCAA career with 254 points off of 98 goals and 156 assists. A captain during her fifth-year, Mueller was instrumental in leading Northeastern to three-straight Frozen Four appearances and five-straight Hockey East Championships. Mueller is Hockey East's all-time career points leaders with 175 league points.Â

The Winterthur, Switzerland native was the first NCAA player to be a five-time All-American and five-time Top-10 Patty Kazmaier Memorial Award Finalist. Additionally, she tied the Hockey East record as a three-time Player of the Year. Mueller leaves the NCAA as one of the most decorated players of all-time and owns the Northeastern career records for points (254), assists (156) and game-winning goals (28).
