BROOKLINE, Mass.— On a rainy Saturday evening at Parsons field, the Northeastern men's soccer team tied with the College of Charleston Cougars, 0-0. A brief lightening delay saw the game officially kick off at 6:20 p.m.

The Huskies move to 2-1-2 (1-0-1 CAA), while the Cougars now sit at 2-0-3 (1-0-1) on the season.
- The Huskies and Cougars played a scoreless first half, with goalkeeper Gregor Shaw making one save to keep things level. Shaw made three more saves in the second to finish his night with four.
- Neither team could find the back of the net in the second half and the game ended in a 0-0 draw.
- The Huskies had nine shots, while the Cougars had 12. Tobias Wangerud led Northeastern with two shots.
Northeastern will next travel to face the Harvard Crimson on Tuesday, Sept. 12 at 7 p.m.
