HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. -- The Northeastern men's soccer team (2-6-3, 1-4-0) fell to Hofstra (7-4-0, 4-1-0) by one goal on Saturday evening.
- The Pride controlled the first 90-minutes of action, scoring two unanswered goals.
- Northeastern looked for a response, scoring one unanswered in the second half, as Neil Devnani scored on a bobbled pass from Bryce Flowers.
- The teams stayed relatively even on the shot count, with Northeastern tallying 11 shots (three on goal), and Hofstra tallying 12 shots (eight on target). The Huskies grabbed six saves from Tobias Jahn in goal, while the Pride saw just two saves from Gino Cervoni.
