Northeastern Travels To Hofstra, Hosts Hampton

BOSTON – The Northeastern University men's basketball team wraps up a three-game stretch of road games and returns home in this week's CAA schedule, traveling to Hofstra for a Thursday night match up (7 p.m.) and returning home on Saturday to host Hampton (4 p.m.). Both games will stream on FloCollege, and Saturday's game can be seen on NESN+.

THREE THINGS TO KNOW:

  1. RECENT HISTORY
Northeastern faces Hofstra and Hampton each for the second time this season, looking to secure a season split with Hofstra, who took the victory at Matthews Arena in January, and a sweep over Hampton, after the Huskies defeated the Pirates last weekend in Virginia.

  1. BIG WILLY STYLE
In two games last weekend, sophomore William Kermoury returned to the lineup for a total of 32 minutes, averaging 10 points per game off the bench. Kermoury made his return last Thursday against Hampton after a 10-game absence due to injury, and returned to form on Saturday against Elon where he had a team-high 15 points, making four three-pointers.

  1. WHERE THEY STAND
Coming into the final month of the CAA regular season, Northeastern and Hofstra currently hold even records at 12-11 overall, 4-6 in conference – Hampton has a 3-7 CAA mark and is 11-12 overall in 2024-25. Hofstra holds a 32-26 advantage in the all-time series history between the two teams, while NU is 3-0 against Hampton all-time.
