BROOKLINE, Mass.— The Northeastern women's soccer team played to a 1-1 tie with the Holy Cross Crusaders on Sunday afternoon at Parsons Field.

• Holy Cross started the scoring with a goal in the 43rd minute to take a 1-0 lead into the half.
• Sophomore Claire Murray tied the game at 1-1 with her first goal as a Husky in the 48th minute. Murray's tally was assisted by sophomore Lughano Nyondo.
• Neither side was able to find the back of the net following Murray's goal and the game ended in a 1-1 tie. The Huskies outshot the Crusaders, 13-10.
• Junior goalkeeper Eliza Teplow finished with two saves. 

The Huskies return to action against Rhode Island on Thursday, Aug. 21 at 1 p.m. at Parsons Field.
