Huskies Take A Pair Of Wins At Overpeck Park

RIDGEFIELD, N.J. — The Northeastern women's rowing team traveled to Overpeck Park on Saturday morning to take on Columbia and Rhode Island, highlighted by victories from the second varsity eight and second varsity four.

Stroked by Evie Gaylord, the second varsity eight defeated both Columbia and Rhode Island with a time of 7:48.65.
The second varsity four, stroked by Mia Bonfiglio, took first over Columbia with a time of 8:31.14.
Coxed by Isabella Hsia, the varsity eight clocked a time of 7:36.25, finishing second ahead of Rhode Island.
The third varsity eight, stroked by Piper Mullin, also earned a second-place finish with a time of 7:48.58.
Coxed by Lilly Pantelogianis, the varsity four crossed the finish line in second with a time of 9:10.47.

For the second consecutive year, the Huskies will travel to Fairlee, Vt. next weekend to compete at the Lake Morey Regatta on Saturday, April 18.
