WORCESTER, Mass. — A full day of racing at the 51st annual Women's Eastern Sprints wrapped up for the Northeastern women's rowing team, with six boats competing across the grand and petite finals on Sunday at Lake Quinsigamond. 

• The Huskies sent four boats to the grand finals and two to the petite finals. 
• Isabel Ueber stroked the fourth varsity eight to a second-place finish at 7:07.141, while Nell Murphy guided the second varsity four to a fifth-place finish crossing the finish line in a time of 7:27.340. Both boats competed in the grand final. 
• Coxed by Saara Sheth, the third varsity eight took fifth in the grand final at 6:49.240.
• Isla Bathgate stroked the second varsity eight to a fifth-place grand final finish at 6:32.636. 
• The varsity four and varsity eight represented Northeastern in the petite finals. Katie Lawhon stroked the varsity four to a second-place finish in a itme of 7:24.731, while Ava Sjogren led the varsity eight across at 6:28.736 to place first. 

The Huskies are back in action at the 2026 CAA Championships on May 15-16 in Cherry Hill, N.J.
