Bridget Durkin scored in the 76th minute as the Northeastern women's soccer team rallied to tie UNCW, 1-1, on Sunday afternoon. With the tie, Northeastern moves to 4-4-3 on the season and remains undefeated in CAA play with a 2-0-1 record.
- Neither side could find the back of the net in the first half, which ended tied 0-0.
- UNCW scored in the 49th minute to take a 1-0 lead in the second half.
- Durkin tallied her first career goal to tie the game at 1-1 in the 76th minute. Durkin's tally was assisted by junior Foluke Balogun.
- Senior goalkeeper Eliza Teplow finished with six saves.
The Huskies next return to Parsons Field to take on Hofstra on Sunday, Oct. 4 at 1 p.m.
