2011: Went seven strong innings, allowing four runs, three earned, on five hits and one walk while striking out seven in a 4-2 loss to James Madison (May 21)...picked up his fourth win of the year after allowing two runs in seven innings in a 8-2 win over Delaware (May 14)...garnered his third win of the year after tossing 5-1/3 innings of four run ball, striking out eight in a 12-5 win over George Mason (May 8)...struck out seven in seven innings after allowing four earned runs in NU's 5-4 loss to William & Mary (May 1)...surrendered four hits on four hits in 6-2/3 innings while stirking out eight in a 5-0 loss to Georgia State (April 24)...hurled a quality start, allowing just three earned runs in 6-2/3 innings in a 4-3 loss to VCU (April 17)...earned CAA Pitcher of the Week after tossing a three-hit complete game shutout in a 5-0 victory over Hofstra (April 10)...allowed just two runs in 6.0 innnings, claiming a no-decision in NU's 5-4 loss to Towson (April 3)...strucking out seven batters in 6.2 innings in a 6-5loss to Richmond (March 26)...fanned nine Monarch's batters in 5.0 innings in a 8-4 loss to Old Dominion (March 20)...struck out six Seahawk's batters in a 11-2 loss to UNC Wilmington (March 13)...earned NU's first win of the season, allowing six runs in 6.0 innings while striking out seven in a 9-4 win over St. Bonaventure (March 5)...allowed eight runs, six earned, in 4.0 innings with three strikeouts in a 12-4 loss to Rhode Island (Feb. 27).
2010: Made five starts and three relief appearances, striking out 23 in 28-2/3 innings while compiling an 0-2 record and a 6.59 ERA...pitched 5-2/3 innings, allowing two runs and striking out a career-high seven batters in the Huskies' 4-2 win over Rhode Island (May 19)...threw six innings, giving up three runs and getting a no-decision as NU lost to Maine, 8-3 (May 11)...logged two strikeouts in one inning of relief as NU fell 6-4 to William & Mary (May 2)...started, threw five innings, and racked up six strikeouts in NU's 8-5 win over Western Michigan (March 1).
2009: McNelis went 0-1 with a 6.89 ERA in 15-2/3 innings for the Huskies...in his second start pitched five innings against Rhode Island striking out six batters and allowing three runs...made his first career start against Harvard on April 28 striking out four...pitched a scoreless inning of relief against Hosftra on March 27.
2008: Did not play due to injury.
