2010: Made six starts and appeared in 15 games, winning one and getting two saves. Struck out 53 batters while issuing just 18 walks and finished with a 4.74 ERA over 57 innings...threw seven innings of one-run ball (before getting tagged for six) while pitching to a no-decision in the Huskies' 9-7 win over Georgia State (May 15)...pitched eight innings, striking out seven while allowing three runs (two earned) as NU fell, 4-3, to Old Dominion (May 8)...threw five innings, striking out three and allowing two earned runs in a 6-4 loss to William & Mary (May 2)...went 7-1/3 innings, striking out seven and allowing just two runs in NU's 4-2 loss to UNC Wilmington (April 25)...tossed three innings in relief, striking out five and earning his second save in the Huskies' 7-4 win over Bryant (March 20)...struck out four batters in three perfect innings to get the save in NU's 7-1 win over Valparaiso (March 6)...logged one inning out of the bullpen and picked up the win in the Huskies' 11-5 victory over Davenport (Feb. 26).
2009: Bashara pitched in eight games with two starts and a 2.84 ERA...allowed only one hit in two and two thirds against Boston College on March 17...struck out five in three and a third against NJIT on March 15...pitched seven strong innings on his way to a 3-0 record against Duquesne only allowing five hits and no earned runs...picked up his first win of the season March 1 against Northwestern pitching 1 1/3 while only allowing one hit...Bashara moved to 2-0 the very next day as he earned the win after pitching a hitless ninth inning against Duquesne.
2008: In 12 appearances for the Huskies, went 3-1 with a 6.06 ERA and had 32 strikeouts in 35-2/3 innings pitched...finished second on the Huskies with a .244 batting average against...earned his first collegiate win after tossing six innings and allowing just three hits, no earned runs, no walks and striking out four in NU's 4-2 win vs. Western Michigan on Mar. 6...worked two scoreless innings of relief, allowing one hit and striking out three in the Huskies' 14-6 win at Georgia State March 29...tossed two scoreless innings of relief vs. Towson April 19...threw three scoreless innings of relief and recorded three strikeouts in the Huskies' 5-3 win vs. Bryant April 30...kept NU in striking distance in its 5-2 setback vs. Hofstra May 2 with six superb innings of relief in which he allowed just two hits, one unearned run and four walks, while striking out nine Pride batters...improved to 3-1 on the season after pitching the first 5-2/3 innings and allowing seven hits and three runs in the Huskies' 6-3 win at Boston College May 11.
2007: Recorded 20 strikeouts in 20-2/3 innings over nine appearances for the Huskies...struck out two in a scoreless inning of relief in the Huskies’ 13-1 rout of Georgetown March 4...tossed a perfect inning of relief in the Huskies’ 17-6 win vs. UMass April 19...struck out four and gave up three hits and one run over four innings of relief against Delaware April 29...fanned eight batters over 6-1/3 innings of relief vs. Connecticut May 7.
2006: Redshirt season.
High School: Played three seasons at Taconic High School in the Berkshire County League as a pitcher and outfielder...captained the team his senior season...tossed a perfect game with 11 strikeouts in the final regular season game of his senior season...named All-Berkshire Eagle MVP his senior year...also played legion baseball.
