Before NU: Played four years at Cushing, captaining the team as a senior ... Played four years of football and three years of basketball as well ... Went undefeated his sopohmore year pitching, leading the team to the Central New England Championship (23-3 that year).

Personal: Born July 8, 1994 ... Brother, Blaine, recently graduated from Bentley University, where he played four years of baseball ... Plans on a major in business at Northeastern.
