Kyle Greenler

  • Title
    Pitching Coordinator

Kyle Greenler was officially named as Pitching Coordinator in the offseason ahead of the 2026 campaign, after serving on the staff for the majority of the historic 2025 season. Greenler brings extensive collegiate pitching experience, having played at both Elon University and the University of Georgia as a graduate transfer. Over his five-year college career (2019-2023), Greenler made 95 appearances, posted a 9-9 record with a 3.97 ERA, and struck out 146 batters across 156.2 innings pitched, including eight saves.

At Georgia in 2023, Greenler made 19 relief appearances and one start, striking out 25 batters and posting a 4.70 ERA in 23.0 innings of work.

His collegiate tenure included multiple high-strikeout outings — such as five-strikeout relief appearances — demonstrating his ability to miss bats and handle late-game situations.

In his position, Greenler assists Associate Head Coach Kevin Cobb in overseeing all aspects of pitching development, including individualized training plans, bullpen oversight, and strategy for both starting and relief pitchers. His recent playing background, understanding of modern pitching mechanics, and leadership experience make him a strong addition to the Huskies’ coaching ranks as they aim to elevate the effectiveness and depth of the pitching staff.
