2023:
  • Made 15 starts on the mound with a 6-1 record
  • Pitched 78.2 innings with a 4.23 ERA
  • Struck out 57, walked 14
  • Longest outing of the year came in the rubber match at Stony Brook (4/16), working 8.1 innings allowing no runs on six hits, no walks, and six strikeouts
  • Had a career-high nine strikeouts against Delaware (4/9) going six full innings allowing just one run on two hits, one walk
  • His lone playoff start came against UNCW in the semfinal - after working 4.0 innings with no runs on two hits and one walk, the game was suspended due to rain and resumed the following day - Yost had one strikeout in the contest and left the game with a 3-0 lead
