All-CAA Second Team (2024)

2025:
  • Posted a career-high 47 appearances and 45 starts on the year
  • Also had a career high in runs (32), RBIs (24), and walks (15)
  • Tallied 11 multi-hit games (nine 2-hit games, two 3-hit games), tied for sixth on the team
  • Had the go-ahead home run, his first of the season, in the top of the ninth inning against Bethune-Cookman in an NCAA Tournament elimination game
  • Recorded hits in three of four postseason appearances

2024:
  • Started 38 of his 40 appearances all at the catcher position
  • Hit new career highs in batting average (.270), hits (38) doubles (8), home runs (9), and stolen bases (9)
  • Brought home 23 RBIs on the year
  • Posted his first career multi-HR day at Delaware in a 12-8 victory (4/12/24 - 3-for-5, 3 RBI)
  • Made his first career All-Conference team ahead of the 2024 playoffs

2023:
  • Made 55 appearances, 44 starts behind the plate
  • Put up career numbers in every offensive category - tallied 24 runs on 34 hits with two homers
  • Notched his first career homer against Hofstra (4/22)
  • Recorded his first career stolen base against Hartford (3/24) for a total of two on the year.
  • Caught all seven of Northeastern's playoff games
  • Allowed just four passed balls and posted a .994 fielding percentage

2022:
  • Played in 7 games this season starting in 5 of them 
  • Finished the season with a batting average of .118
  • Recorded 33 catches and 31 putouts
  • Best fielding game came against Merrimack (2/27) where Bozzo had 11 catches, 10 putouts, and an assist
  • Best hitting game came in the same Merrimack game tallying 2 RBIs and a single
  • Earned a hit against NC State (3/04)
2021:
  • Did not appear in any games

Before Northeastern: Earned four varsity letters in baseball at Ridge High School serving as captain for two seasons ... Was named All-State his senior year and First-Team All-Conference his junior year ... Helped lead his team to four conference championship wins ... Played for the Diamond Nation travel team in Flemington, N.J. ... Transferring from LaSalle University in Pennsylvania.

Personal: Son of Greg and Jennifer ... Has one sibling, Ellie ... Great grandfather, Patrick Dempsey, played baseball for the Johnstown Johnnies and was later drafted to the Brooklyn Dodgers playing in the 30's and 40's ... Received honor roll in all marking periods at Ridge high school.
