Biography

2010: Earned All-CAA Third team honors as an outfielder...batted 54-for-172, starting all 44 games while leading the team (and the CAA) in triples with seven...also hit two home runs and a team-high 13 doubles...set the All-Time record for triples at Northeastern with a fifth inning triple in NU's 7-6 loss to Delaware (May 21)...hit two doubles, scored two and drove in two as the Huskies beat Georgia State, 9-7 (May 15)...went 2-for-4 with an RBI triple in an 8-3 loss to Maine (May 11)...hit a triple and scored in the Huskies' 4-3 loss to Old Dominion (May 8)...batted 2-for-3 with two runs as NU beat Old Dominion, 8-2 (May 7)...went 2-for-3 with an RBI in the Huskies' 6-4 loss to William & Mary (May 2)...smashed two doubles in NU's 2-0 loss to William & Mary (May 1)...went 2-for-4 and scored twice in a 13-12 loss to Harvard (April 13)...batted 3-for-5 with a home run and a triple while driving three home in NU's 9-6, 12-inning loss to Hofstra (April 3)...tripled and scored in the Huskies' 5-2 loss to Hofstra (April 2)...batted 2-for-3 with an RBI in NU's 6-5 loss at VCU (March 27)...fell a home run short of the cycle in a scorching 4-for-5, two run and three-RBI performance as the Huskies won 10-0 over Bryant (March 19)...batted 3-for-4 and scored two runs in NU's 8-5 win over Western Michigan (March 1)...Went 3-for-5 with a double, three RBI and two runs in NU's 13-1 win over St. Bonaventure (Feb. 27)...smashed a home run and a double to go 2-for-4 with two RBI in a season-opening 11-5 win over Davenport (Feb. 26).


2009: Only played in 10 games for the Huskies making seven starts as he struggled with injury...went 1-2 with a RBI in the Huskies victory over UMass on April 13.


2008:
Batted .281 with four homers and 22 RBI on the season...finished tied for the team lead with three triples, second on the team with 16 doubles and third with 56 hits...tied for the team lead with three outfield assists, making it the second straight season he topped the team in that category...combined to go 5-for-10 with two doubles, a triple, two RBI, a stolen base and two runs scored in NU's season-opening doubleheader split with Villanova on Mar. 1...went 3-for-5 with a double and a run scored in the Huskies' 4-2 win against Western Michigan on Mar. 6...notched two hits and two runs in NU's 10-6 win at George Mason on March 21...went 3-for-5 with a home run and three RBI at George Mason the next day...finished 2-4 with an RBI and a run scored in NU's 6-4 win vs. UNC Wilmington April 5...went 2-for-2 with a double, RBI and two walks in the Huskies' 11-inning, 3-3 tie vs. UNC Wilmington April 6...went 3-for-5 with a double, RBI and two runs scored vs. Boston College in the semifinal round of the Beanpot April 9...went 4-for-5 with two doubles, two RBI and a run scored in NU's 12-11 win at VCU April 11...cracked a two-run double off the scoreboard of the Green Monster in the Huskies' 7-6 win vs. Harvard in the Beanpot consolation game at Fenway Park April 15...went 2-for-5 with an RBI-triple in the Huskies' 8-4, 11-inning win vs. Towson April 19...hit a leadoff homer in NU's 2-1 win against Towson April 20...cracked an RBI-double and scored a run in the Huskies' 8-5 win vs. Hofstra in game one of a doubleheader May 3...went 1-for-3 with a double and two runs scored in NU's 10-4 win at William & Mary May 9...finished 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored in the Huskies 8-1 win at William & Mary May 10...went 2-for-5 with a double, homer and two RBI in NU's 6-3 win at Boston College May 11...went 3-for-4 with two doubles and three RBI in the Huskies' 8-3 win vs. URI May 13.

2007: Started 39 games for the Huskies...finished his rookie season with a .281 average, nine doubles, a team-high four triples, a homer and 20 RBI...his .406 slugging percentage and .358 on-base percentage were tops among Husky rookies...went 3-4 with four RBI, including a bases-clearing triple in the Huskies’ 13-1 win over Georgetown March 4...went 3-for-5 with a double and a run scored vs. Old Dominion March 31...went 2-for-5 with a triple, two RBI and two runs scored in the Huskies’ 11-7 win against Old Dominion April 1...went 2-for-4 with his first career homer, a double and two runs scored in NU’s 8-2 win over James Madison April 6...hit a three-run triple in the Huskies’ 9-2 win vs. Holy Cross April 10...went 3-for-5 with a double, three RBI and three runs scored in NU’s 17-6 rout of UMass in the first round of the Beanpot Tournament...made a tremendous diving catch by the Pesky Pole in the eighth inning of NU’s 2-0 win over Boston College in the Beanpot Championship at Fenway Park...smacked a three-run triple at UNC Wilmington May 4...went 3-for-6 with a double, RBI and a run scored vs. VCU May 19.

2006: Redshirt season.

High School: Played three years at Governor Dummer Academy and one at Lynnfield High...All-League selection in 2003...was a Puma All-American in 2004...named team Co-MVP, Boston Herald All-Scholastic, an Agganis All-Star and Cape Ann League All-Star in 2005...Lynnfield team was Cape Ann League champ and Brendan Grant Memorial Tournament champ in 2005.
