Patrick Isberg enters his first season as the director of basketball operations in 2024-25 after serving as a graduate assistant in 2023-24. Isberg spent the previous five seasons as a student manager with the Huskies program, serving as the head manager for his last three years.
His responsibilities at Northeastern include the coordination of team travel, management of the men’s basketball office and serving as the liaison with department support services, among other duties.
As a graduate manager in 2023-24, Isberg worked with the coaching staff and support staff in all aspects of the program. Among his duties were to assist with film breakdown, opponent scouting, practice execution, and other administrative tasks. Isberg also created analytic-driven reports aimed to aid with player development and coaching decision making.Â

Isberg’s behind the scenes work helped the Huskies return to the NCAA Tournament in 2019 and earn the CAA’s Regular Season title in 2021.

Isberg gained experience working as a camp manager for the NCAA Collegiate Basketball Academy held at UConn in the Summer of 2019.

In 2023, Isberg earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration with concentrations in finance and management. Isberg also had two stints with Boston Consulting Group working a Financial Analyst and Risk Manager co-op.Â

A native of Boston, Mass., Isberg played varsity basketball and served as a two-year captain at Boston Latin High School.
