Biography
Before Northeastern: Played four seasons at Cypress Ranch High School, where he averaged 22.5 points per game in 35 games as a senior in 2025-26. He also averaged 6.6 rebounds and 2.7 assists per game while shooting 58% overall, 36% from three and 80% from the line en route to District 16 Player of the Year honors in 2026. Goodwin also collected Texas All-Region First Team and 6A Texas UIL All-State in 2026 while helping Cypress Ranch reach the 6A Texas Regional Finals. Also had offers from TCU, Texas A&M and Sam Houston.
