2015-16: Made his season debut against Boston University (Nov. 13) ... Hauled in five rebounds against No. 15/19 Miami (Nov. 27)...Posted eight points against Stony Brook (Dec. 12)...Notched four points and three rebounds against Delaware (Jan. 7).

2014-15: Finished the season with 25 points and 21 rebounds ... Played 11 minutes against Massachusetts (Nov. 26) ... Scored two points and tallied one rebound in a loss against Harvard (Dec. 3) ... Played eight minutes and grabbed an offensive rebound at Delaware (Jan. 3) ... Recorded four points and three rebounds in 20 minutes in a win over College of Charleston (Jan. 17) ... Scored two points and grabbed an offensive rebound against Detroit (Jan. 19) ... Added a season-high five points along with three rebounds in a win against James Madison (Jan. 22) ... Posted four points and two rebounds in a win over Elon (Jan. 31).

2013-14: Made collegiate debut against Central Connecticut and scored two points to go along with two rebounds in four minutes (Nov. 16).

2012-13: Medical redshirt

High school: Captained North Gwinnett (Ga.) High School to a 21-10 record and an appearance in the quarterfinal round of the state tournament in his senior season ... Shot better than 64 percent from the field as a senior and averaged more than six rebounds and two blocks per game ... Posted the second-best rebounding season in school history and finished career ranked third on North Gwinnett’s all-time rebounding list.

Personal: Son of Matthew and Stephanie Abakah ... Also played varsity tennis at North Gwinnett ... Graduated with honors and was recognized with the United States Army Reserve National Scholar-Athlete Award ... Majoring in Electrical Engineering ... Class of 2016.
