Before Northeastern: Attended The Hotchkiss School, where he was a Second Team All-Founders League honoree. Francis also attended Nazareth Regional High School, where he averaged 5.5 points and 1.9 rebounds per game in 10 contests during the 2023-24 season. Intends to major in Finance at Northeastern.
