Gallant will be entering her third season with the Huskies, second as Director of Operations / Assistant Coach in the 2025-26 academic year.
Gallant served as a Graduate Assistant Coach on Edwards-Lloyd's staff in 2023-24, and assisted with practice planning, provided support with game-day logistics, aided in scouting opponents, and collaborated with the Director of Operations on team management and recruitment.
Prior to Northeastern, Gallant was an Assistant Coach/Recruiting Coordinator at Emerson College from 2021-23. At Emerson, she helped with coaching and player development as well as collaborated with the head coach to develop practice plans. She also organized all aspects of the recruiting process and mentored student-athletes on academic progress.
From 2020-21, Gallant worked as a Mass Rivals 3SSB Coach where she worked one on one with young female athletes focusing on fundamentals, skills, drills, teamwork, and leadership. In addition to working for Mass Rivals 3SSB Adidas, Gallant also was a Varsity Girls Assistant Coach at Pingree School.
Gallant is a 2021 graduate from Gordon College with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation, Sport, Wellness/Communication. The Seattle, Washington native played with the Fighting Scots for a season and played AAU ball with Seattle Lady Style Elite Basketball.
