A native of Dorchester, Massachusetts, Lassiter was named graduate manager on Mitchell's staff in September 2022.
No stranger to leading a team on the court, Lassiter was a head coach for the girls varsity team at Randolph High School (MA.) in 2020-2021, where she constructed practice plans, team bonding activities, and organized travel arrangements. A well-known young adult also in the Boston community, Lassiter graduated in 2020 from Southern Connecticut State University with a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with a concentration in Criminology. A force in all aspects of the game, Lassiter played at URI from 2016-2019, and the Owls from 2019-2021. The local native also played AAU ball with the Boston Showstoppers, which her family owns.
