Made her collegiate debut with 12 kills, two assists, 13 digs and two blocks against Drake (Aug. 26 – FAU Invitational) … Totaled 15 kills and 12 digs against North Florida (Aug. 27 – FAU Invitational) … Recorded 18 kills and 12 digs at Florida Atlantic (Aug. 27 – FAU Invitational) … Added 12 kills against Washington State (Sept. 2) … Registered seven kills and nine digs against Elon (Oct. 7)



Before NU: Four-year varsity starter... two-time team captain... Three-time Southwestern League champion.
 
From Nichols: "When I first saw Amy as a sophomore, she was a commanding middle blocker and especially powerful middle hitter.  Since her migration to the left side, I have seen a metamorphosis in her ability to intimidate opposing defenders. Amy can hit the ball with as much pace as any player I have coached and I look forward to seeing what she can do, to use a baseball analogy, with her fastball. She is now playing six rotations and can defend and serve as well as she can attack with ferocity from the back row. She has been an absolute joy to interact with and so often talks about how she wants to help us in the future.  I am counting the days before I can introduce her to our schedule and to our conference."
