Northeastern was 1-1 in CAA action this weekend, losing 4-1 at George Mason on Sunday after winning 2-0 at Towson on Friday. Sunday's game was George Mason's first CAA victory, as they are now 1-3-0 (9-4-0 overall) in conference action.

Two minutes into the second half, George Mason evened the score at 1-1, on Kelly Keelan's fifth goal of the season. GMU struck again a little over a minute later, as Theresa DeLucca made it 2-1 on a pass from Omolyn Davis. GMU never looked back, scoring two more goals in the second half, including Tiana Kallenberger's eighth of the season.
Northeastern was a player down after the 71st minute, after junior co-captain
Lesley Condie received her second yellow card of the game. Katie Frey made four stops in the second half as GMU went on to win 4-1.
The Huskies are now 7-3-1 (2-1-1 CAA) on the season. They will host two home games this upcoming weekend against CAA opponents William & Mary (Friday, Oct. 9 at 6 p.m) and Old Dominion (Sunday, Oct. 11 at 1 p.m.).
