HANOVER, N.H. – Fresh off a 6-2 victory over Boston University on Tuesday, the Northeastern women's hockey team (4-2-1) will return to non-conference action on Friday when it pays a visit to Dartmouth for a 7 p.m. contest.Â

Brittany Bugalski–the reigning WHEA Defensive Player of the Week–continued her stellar play in net with a season-high 33 saves. Bugalski was especially sharp on the penalty kill as the Huskies were able to negate all seven BU power plays on the night.
SAVAGE EDGES CLOSER TO 100 POINTS
After notching four points on Tuesday against BU, senior
Paige Savage is now within 10 points of becoming the 26th player in program history to reach the century mark. Savage has scored 30 goals and dished out 60 assists in 119 career games.Â
CAPISTRAN NETS FIRST GOALÂ

Paige Capistran scored her first collegiate goal on Tuesday in the Huskies' 6-2 triumph over the Terriers. Capistran took a feed from junior
Shelby Herrington between the circles and promptly wristed a shot off the left post and in to give NU a 4-1 lead late in the second period. Capistran is the second rookie scorer for the Huskies this season, joining
Matti Hartman, who opened her account on Oct. 7 at Lindenwood.Â
LAST TIME VS. DARTMOUTH
Northeastern and Dartmouth last met on Jan. 2, 2016 in a 5-2 Huskies' win at Matthews Arena. NU scored two shorthanded goals as part of a three-goal second period, before tacking on two more in the third to round out the win.

BUGALSKI NAMED WHEA DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Sophomore goaltenderÂ
Brittany Bugalski was honored Monday as the WHEA Defensive Player of the Week. The sophomore helped the Huskies to an undefeated weekend against Syracuse (1-0-1), while posting a .964 save percentage (53 saves on 55 shots), a 0.94 goals-against average and the immaculate 27-save shutout on Saturday afternoon.
BRITTANYÂ THEÂ BRICKÂ WALL
Over her last five games, sophomore netminderÂ
Brittany Bugalski has stopped 123 of 128 shots (.961 save percentage) and has posted a sparkling 0.99 goals against average. Bugalski has two shutouts over that span, blanking Lindenwood with 10 saves on Oct. 7 and denying Syracuse with 27 stops on Oct. 15.Â
