BOSTON – The Northeastern basketball team will close out its home schedule on Thursday night at Matthews Arena when the Huskies take on the College of Charleston at 7 p.m.

Make sure to get to the game early, as Northeastern will honor its senior class in a pregame ceremony beginning at 6:45 p.m. For those not able to make it to Matthews, the senior night ceremony will air on

Northeastern (7-9), currently in seventh place in the CAA, will square off with sixth-place Charleston (8-8) looking to avenge an earlier overtime loss to the Cougars on their home turf at the end of January.

Northeastern enters the game with a 15-14 record, 7-9 in CAA play and has won its last three of its last four games.

Charleston is 16-11 overall, and are 8-8 in conference action. The Cougars have lost their last two, including a 59-55 overtime loss to UNCW on Senior Night.

LAST TIME VS. CHARLESTON• Northeastern began their week with an overtime game at the College of Charleston
• The Huskies took a 20-point lead in the second half, but were held scoreless over a 10 minute span in the second half as the Cougars chipped away at the lead and forced overtime
• In the overtime period, neither team scored in the first 2:42, but the College quickly added five points to the total and went on to a 68-61 victory

Jeremy Miller led all Husky scorers with 17 points and added nine rebounds

LAST WEEK IN HUSKY BASKETBALL• The Huskies began the week off, once again in historic fashion, when they played in their second triple OT game of the season, this time at James Madison
• Unlike their last 3OT game, this time the Huskies came off the court the winner after 55 minutes, 95-94

Quincy Ford tallied a career-high 36 points in the victory, the highest point total of any Husky against a CAA opponent
• The 36 points were the most since J.J. Barea tallied a school record-tying 41 points against Stony Brook on March 5, 2005

David Walker recorded 19 points, moving into ninth place on the Northeastern career scoring chart (1,554) passing Chaisson Allen (1,550 - 2007-11)

Jeremy Miller finished with 18 points on the night, and Donnell Gresham recorded a career-best 10 rebounds
• Miller forced OT hitting a three from the corner near the end of regulation, and forced a second OT with a layup off a feed from Gresham with 7 seconds left.

Quincy Ford was fouled shooting a three at the beginning of triple OT, and sank all three field goals giving the Huskies a lead that JMU could never overcome
• On Sunday, the Huskies returned to the court against Hofstra, falling in a hard fought 65-60 loss
• Late in the first half, Walker set the school record the 3FGs in a season with his 84th of the year
• Down 33-22 at halftime, the Huskies fought back in the second half using a string of buckets by Ford to bring the game to within two.
• Hofstra regained a strong lead, but Northeastern had a chance to tie with less than a minute remaining but a turnover helped the Pride seal the win.
• Ford finished with 15 points and 14 boards, his fifth double-double of the season

David Walker has a school-record 87 threes set 29 games into 2015-16 for the Huskies.
• The senior leads the team, the CAA and ranks 13th nationally in made 3FG in 2015-16
• Walker used 29 games to hit the school record, the fastest to 87 3FGs in school history
• Walker has notched at least one 3-pointer in each of the first 27 games of the, and in 31-straight games dating back to last season, a streak that ended at JMU (Feb. 18).

• Walker hit the mark first with an 18-point effort at Towson, using his first trey of the day to tally his 1,499, 1,500 and 1,501 career points.
• On Saturday vs. Drexel, Ford also crossed the plateau on a three in the first half of play. Ford finished the day with 16 points.
